We sell actively on multiple platforms, owing to this and the fact that stock we hold is usually of a limited nature, sometimes items may not be available although showing availability due to the nature of the quick turnover of items. If this should happen with your transaction you will be informed and offered either have a full refund processed immediately or we will offer you the opportunity to have at the first restock of the item if this is an viable option.

Lost/Delayed Packages

Returns
If you would like to return an item, please use eBays return request facility or message me directly. eBay has a clearly defined returns policy please refer to it for timeframes for how long you have to return items and timescales for your refunds.
Returns are accepted under certain circumstances. If the item is different to that which you ordered or if the goods you were sent were damaged on arrival.
No refunds are given for sizing issues or because you changed your mind.
International items returned should be marked as returns on the customs documentation and a nominal amount inserted for the value of the goods or the value of the purchase. Any liability for customs duties/tax on returns will fall with the buyer.
