? Choose Your Weathering Level
You can choose from three weathering options to suit your scene:
Light: 5–15 years – mild paint fading, dust, and early signs of age
Medium: 15–30 years – deeper discoloration, some grime buildup, minor roof and wall staining
Heavy: 30+ years – rust streaks, worn paint, moss or mildew effects, advanced decay features
Each model is weathered by hand and tailored to scale — what works for HO may not translate exactly to T or Z. That means every cabin is one-of-a-kind, and some finish stages may not be pictured in every scale. Feel free to send a message with any specific requests!

Wraparound deck, handrails, stairs, and ground beams are included in larger scales if shown in photos.
Small detail pieces may be printed in resin.

This model comes fully painted, assembled, and weathered with an l.e.d., ready for the layout!
Fine brush detailing is not included — left to the builder
Fully Assembled and Weathered models in T Scale come in 1 color, Z and N Scales come in 2 colors and HO, S, and O Scales come in 3 colors for base paint and then weathering is done based on the option selected and the individual model.
Assembled and weathered models colors will be based off of one of the profile photos at the choosing and the weathering option selected by the seller unless otherwise requested within 48 hours of purchase via ETSY messenger.

HO and N scale versions are shown in most product images
Smaller scales (Z and T) may have reduced detail or simplified parts
Due to size constraints, these versions may differ slightly from the photos
If the wrong scale is ordered, were happy to help, although when labor is involved, only partial store credits can be offered.
Upgrades to larger scales incur additional cost

If your model includes LEDs, they operate on 9V power via standard AC adapter
No converter is needed

Ships with tracking
Multiple items ordered together will ship on the latest scheduled ship-out date
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, any claims must go through Etsy
Lost or stolen packages require a new purchase unless insurance is purchased
? Returns & Inspection
Models cannot be fully inspected via photos
Returns must be physically shipped back for evaluation
Buyer is responsible for return shipping
If a return is denied, the buyer must provide a prepaid return label to have it sent back
? Refunds & Exchanges
Refunds will not be issued for models that match the description
If the model is damaged in transit, store credit or replacement will be issued after inspection
Exchanges may be offered if the model does not match the description, subject to return review
Returns for scale changes require buyer-paid return shipping
Refunds for downscaling are issued as store credit only.
Refunds can NOT be given and FULL store credits can NOT be offered when labor is involved. In some cases, partial store credits can be offered after all other refund policies have been followed.
